The Hot Lies. In less than a year The Hot Lies have grown to be one of the most popular local bands in the Adelaide emo/hardcore scene, quickly building a reputation for passionate, frenzied performances that have had them sharing stages with the likes of Pilot To Gunner, The Bronx, and more recently Gyroscope and New Zealand's Sommerset. Of course, it helps to have all members five members having already paid their dues in other successful bands already...		Marcel Borrack Help Croxton/MGM Now this is what I've been waiting for; an independent debut Australian album from a singer/songwriter that sounds immediately fresh and inviting, yet is still engaging after repeated listens. 'Help' is also a very professional sounding record. Three or four tracks in I was scouring through the album cover to see who produced it, and to my surprise I find Marcel Borrack not only sings and writes all of these fantastic new songs, he also provides most of the music, and is solely responsible for the album's crisp yet warm production...
