Head honcho of Hardline Rekordingz, with numerous releases on his own imprint and releases on Killing Sheep and Bloody Fist, Paul Blackout brings his own inimitable style of twisted dark side drum’n’bass to Adelaide. Joining him upstairs is Audio Opticon, Insidious, Havok and Bakup. Downstairs will be Stagga4wrd, Jayar, Benny Raw representing the sounds of the dubstep.

Upstairs at HQ on Fri 17 Aug DJ’s MPK, Filter, Macro and John Doe are bringing you the funk! Liquid funk is the quality end of drum’n’bass with smooth rolling bass lines, sweet vocals and funky sounds combining to create a happy, positive vibe that reaches out to all.
And for all those budding DJs out there, crank up your turntables and get practicing, because the Spring Edition of the Lockdown DJ Comp is on like Donky Kong. Many new faces came through the ranks in the past due to this comp and received great exposure in the industry and became the building block for many who entered. The invitation is open to all genres including house, electro, breaks, techno, d’n’b, trance, free form, hardcore, r’n’b and everything in between.
