How good is this? I have a mate in the UK who tuned into DJ Bailey's show on BBC Xtra only to hear the lovely d'n'b DJ Rebel big upping the inbound boys! Bailey even played ex-Adelaide boy and 'Inbound' favourite Luke B aka Kiddo's latest tune. It's great to hear that Adelaide's d'n'b is being heard in the heart of London!

The Rave Adelaide website is getting bigger every time I look at it, and I'm not just talking about the girth of the infamous DJs who troll the boards causing trouble! The Shop has expanded, and now stocks heaps of CDs in a much wider range of rave styles. Plus, it's one of the few places that still has Early Bird Enchanted Tickets for sale for only $55!

But to combat the aforementioned DJs girth, in what could be the first ever RA event NOT shut down by cops, the inaugural RA Mountain Bike Ride day will be held at 1pm on Sun 23 Oct at Shepherds Hill Reserve on Ayliffes Road. Welcoming riders of all skill levels and fitness to come along, it's a good chance to start getting your body looking good for the summer parties.

To round off the school holidays (it is school holidays, isn't it?) Soulman & Scam present Night Mission 05 at Whyalla Basketball Stadium on Sat 22 Oct. They promise is an all ages show with a fairly diverse range of music to cater for all types including r'n'b, d'n'b, hard house and trance later on in the night... Sounds interesting, but be sure to arrange accommodation somewhere up there before hand.

ABOPR, which I have come to understand stands for 'A Bunch Of Plurry Ravers', are proud to present Mixture, another all ages event for all to enjoy, featuring established local and up-and-coming talent across many different genres. It'll be held at The Land Of Promise Hotel on Sat 29 Oct, so soak up the sunshine, have a few drinks and mingle as Tank, Filter, Tactic, Mimic, Troub9l, Frenzy, Drew, Csi with MCs Divert and Snype providing the vibe at this free daytime event.

5158 Records has a really, really, REALLY big party coming up soon on a very special occasion. They're inviting all d'n'b DJs to drop them a mix CD to be in the chance to play alongside the likes of MPK, Fiction, Mark7, and Patch. Give Mark a call on 0407 5158 58 and get your butt into gear and give them a CD!

Acetate and Vibe join forces to present Mampi Swift alongside MC IC3 at Black Cat nightclub on Sat 29 Oct. Anyone who caught these guys a long way back at the sold out Utopia (Traffic street party) will know just that Swift is the undisputed king of the double drop and IC3 is relentless on the mic. Support comes from Alba (Melbourne), E-Theory & Lesley live, Del & Static with a three-deck set, Skyver, D-Jon, MPK, Patch, Havoc, Switch and Bakup, with MCs G-Swift, Stryke, Mennan, Quantum and Pase.

And finally, Boy George was arrested on cocaine charges in New York. Apparently he called the police to report a break in, and they found no evidence of a break in, but did find evidence of cocaine use. They arrested the poor guy for falsely reporting a burglary and drug possession. Of course he denies the coke is his, with his lawyer claiming, "He's a very social person. He has a lot of people over to his apartment." And, why would you call the police in the USA if you had drugs in your apartment?
